Press Release: Burglary investigation in Colton yields 8 arrests

On April 14, 2013, State Police in Canton responded to a report of a burglary to a garage, located on Leary Road, in the Town of Colton.
The garage was forcibly entered and the contents of a gun safe, located inside the garage, were stolen. This consisted of 3 handguns and 9 long guns. Various tools and jewelry were also stolen from within the garage and residence.
State Police determined the stolen guns had been sold or were in the process of being sold. To date, 6 of the 12 guns have been recovered.
After a lengthy investigation, State Police arrested and charged the following:

Jose Luzunaris, 25 years old of Winthrop; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree (E Felony)

Jason J. Dennis, 35 years old of North Lawrence; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree (E Felony)

Rodney J. Deshane Jr., 23 years old of Brasher Falls; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree (E Felony)

Andrew R. Jensen, 19 years old of Waddington; Burglary 3rd Degree (D Felony)

Deshelia R. Thomas-Jandrew, 38 years old of Massena; Burglary 3rd Degree (D Felony)

Justin P. Love, 23 years old of Massena; Burglary 3rd Degree (D Felony)

Austin B. Villnave, 19 years old of Massena; Burglary 3rd Degree (D Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree (D Felony), Criminal Sale of a Firearm (D Felony)

Eric J. Deshane, 20 years old of Massena; Burglary 3rd Degree (D Felony)
